Johnnes Kromminga

GIS Team Member

Johnnes (he/him) has a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Loyola Marymount University, graduating summa cum laude. He has interned with the Friends of Ballona Wetlands doing geospatial work for habitat restoration and continues to use his GIS skills to support the team at WICC. This is his first year with the coalition, and he has been a part of creating the 2024 ADK Town Hall StoryMap for the UWCP project as well as mapping survey responses for the SACWI project. His current passions in GIS include quality assurance and user interfacing, which he is proud to contribute to WICC.

The Water Insecurity Correction Coalition is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Upstate New York. We believe access to clean water is a human right, one that people often take for granted. Through advocacy, education, and development, our goal is to ensure every citizen has access to clean water, and raise awareness of issues relating to water insecurity on both a national and global level.
